On the morning of June 14, 2024, the unveiling ceremony of the Maling Factory, a subsidiary of Nanjing Inno Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Inno Technology"), was successfully concluded. Inno Technology's Chairman Hu Ying, Technical Director Ge Erzhuang, along with department managers, partners, and all staff gathered to witness Inno Technology's step towards a new milestone.

At 10 o'clock sharp, firecrackers burst with a resounding crackle. The exhilarating sound of the firecrackers brought not only smoke but also heralded the battle hymn of Inno Technology as it sets sail.
Following this, Chairman Hu Ying, accompanied by two outstanding employees, lifted the red curtain to unveil the facility.
Unveiling Ceremony Site
As the production hub of Inno Technology, the Maling Factory covers an area of nearly 1,000 square meters. It will be used for the assembly and debugging of individual machines and automated production lines, as well as the production and testing of embedded electronic complete machines. To ensure product quality, the factory has specially constructed a super-clean production workshop and equipped it with an efficient assembly line system, with an expected annual production capacity of 100,000 electronic complete machines. The embedded electronic products designed by our R&D team will also be produced on a large scale here. In addition, the factory is equipped with more than 20 advanced specialized processing machines, capable of ensuring an annual production of 100 sets of individual machines, fully meeting the production capacity needs for the next two years.
Inside the Factory
With the official completion and operation of the Maling Factory, Inno Technology has now established an integrated dual-center model, with Nanjing Inno Technology Co., Ltd. as the core R&D base and the Maling Factory as the primary manufacturing hub, successfully forming a dual-pattern of research and development in two locations within the same city. The establishment of this model not only optimizes resource allocation and improves production efficiency but also promotes close cooperation between upstream and downstream industries in the supply chain, laying a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.

At the ceremony, Chairman Hu Ying delivered the opening speech. He emphasized that Inno Technology, as a national software enterprise, has accurately followed the development trends of the smart manufacturing industry and adopted a research and development strategy that combines software and hardware. Inno Technology has an interdisciplinary R&D department that covers multiple key technical fields including mechanical, electrical, software, hardware, and structural engineering, and is subdivided into several specialized teams. This diverse technological combination has brought the company a leading edge in the industry.

"With a long rein in hand today, why worry about not capturing the blue dragon?" In closing his speech, Chairman Hu Ying引用this as an incentive to all employees. Following this, Technical Director Ge Erzhuang, Automation Department Manager Shang Tianyang, Partner Zhang, the head of Nanjing Xinhong Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., and Mechanical Design Team Leader Yao Rui took turns giving speeches. They respectively introduced the operational plan for the production center, the supporting facilities, and expressed their sincere wishes and expectations.
