Yino Technology has upgraded its automatic detection equipment to a fully automated detection production line, which is at the leading domestic level. The ATE test cabinets, conveyor line robotic arms, test component modules, and software communication protocols are systematically integrated to realize a fully automated process from material loading, conveying, testing, to unloading.
The software, developed on platforms such as VC and Python, features an open architecture design. It supports remote deployment and control via servers, facilitating easy upgrades, expansion, and editing of test procedures. Moreover, it leverages multi-threading and multi-processing technologies to optimize and improve testing efficiency. Comprehensive test data and log records can be uploaded to MES, and automated generation of test reports is also supported.
