Pain Points of Traditional Testing Methods
Our company's R&D equipment is highly customizable, capable of being integrated both externally to the output line and within the line itself, offering flexible configuration. It can be utilized in the vast majority of scenarios, including production workshops, conveyor lines, laboratories, etc. The equipment is capable of communicating with mainstream PLCs, such as those from Siemens, and production management MES systems. It operates under PLC control for testing, feeding back relevant data to the PLC and uploading it to the MES system. It can seamlessly interface with automated logistics and process equipment before and after the process steps. Controlled by PLCs and other devices, it can conduct OCV testing for any single or multiple channels and also supports manual testing.
In contrast to some OCV test benches on the market that are limited to fixed 4-channel testing, our company's OCV equipment offers greater testing flexibility. The equipment boasts high testing efficiency, capable of individually testing 4-channel cells in just 0.7 to 1 second, which aligns with the pace requirements of most production lines. The testing process is rapid, stable, and precise, with a voltage testing accuracy of 0.01% and a minimum resolution of 10μV.
During the testing process, real-time logs are recorded, and test data is saved to user-designated log and result folders for easy result retrieval. The result query page allows users to review test results within a specific time frame and provides the NG rate for that period, offering a convenient and efficient way to access information. Drawing on our extensive experience in battery production lines, we can independently design features such as NG replacement and cell scanning to integrate seamlessly with the line. The equipment can formulate and modify production plans, select test items, and adjust the test plan flexibly to meet different cell specifications and manufacturers' testing requirements.
