The full line automation includes CCD visual positioning, image processing, high-precision robot operations, automatic flipping mechanisms, and automatic mating connectors. The equipment system is equipped with MES factory production monitoring, ATE automatic testing, and ESOP monitoring, using Siemens PLC control system.
