
Project Proposal:
Utilize upper and lower conveyor belts and fixtures for cyclic material loading. A two-axis robotic arm and a clamping cylinder are used to transfer materials to a secondary positioning platform; a rotating cylinder adjusts the platform angle to fit the mold. A three-axis robotic arm with a gripper places the filter mesh into the mold. The vision system checks whether the filter mesh is positioned correctly, and a clamping cylinder removes the finished product for laser marking, which is then placed back onto the conveyor belt.
Core Components:
Accurate fixture positioning, profile and angle adjustment for secondary positioning, reliability of the gripper in handling the filter mesh, and visual inspection to ensure the filter mesh is correctly placed in the mold.
